Introduction: Clinical sessions are crucial for learning and updating knowledge in Radiology. Materials and methods: This article focuses on improving our specialty's clinical sessions based on a survey conducted with residents and attending physicians. It aims to understand their perspectives on the sessions and propose enhancements to increase their quality. Results: The opinions revealed that both groups recognize the importance of clinical sessions; however, discrepancies emerged regarding structure, content, and methodology. Discussion: It is suggested to incorporate interactive clinical cases and thematic reviews that encourage participation from both residents and attending physicians, as well as the use of learning technologies to enrich the educational experience. Finally, the importance of creating a conducive environment for constructive feedback and knowledge exchange is emphasized. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of clinical sessions in the field of Radiology and acknowledges the need to improve their quality.
